Curtis Borja, a Guam native, has over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry. He studied at the University of Guam and Guam Community College, gaining experience in departments like Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage. His hospitality career began at 15 with an internship at the Guam Visitors Bureau, where he learned perseverance despite transportation challenges.

He started at Hotel SunRoute Guam as a Front Desk Representative and was quickly promoted. After SunRoute became Outrigger Guam Resort in 2000, Curtis held roles including Guest Service Manager, Housekeeping Manager, & Restaurant General Manager over nine years. In 2008, he moved to Las Vegas and joined Wynn Resorts, where he served in 10 roles over 16 years, including Director of Front Service at Encore Boston Harbor and Executive Director of Pool and F&B at Wynn Las Vegas.

In 2024, Curtis became Executive Director of Guest Service at Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE. He remains passionate about hospitality and lives by the motto: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
