If you have provided us with your telephone number or email address, we may use this information to send targeted advertisements to you on these social media properties.

    Information We Collect AutomaticallyWhen you visit our Sites, we automatically collect the following information (please see our Cookie Notice for more information):

    • Technical information, including your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

    • IP address, this is identified and logged automatically in our server log files when you access our Sites. We use IP addresses to calculate usage levels, diagnose server problems and administer our Sites. We also may derive your approximate location from your IP address.

    How Long We Retain Your Personal Data

    We retain your personal data for only so long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and in accordance with data retention periods prescribed by applicable laws and regulations. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

    • The duration of our relationship with you and the ongoing provision of Wynn Services to you. Generally, this will be no longer than eight (8) years following your last inquiry or transaction with us, unless legal or regulatory obligation requires a longer period of retention.

    • Venue Partners

      – We may disclose your personal data to our venue and building partners, and our fulfillment partners assisting with delivery of goods or services to you including, without limitation, any third parties which will be operating restaurants, retail outlets, or other venues in connection with our premises or services, and partners assisting with carrying out and fulfilling our promotional opportunities (“Venue Partners”). Use of your personal data by such Venue Partners for other purposes will be subject to the privacy notice of such Venue Partners.

    • Marketing Partners

    How We Protect Your Information
