1. Introduction

1.1 Wynn Al Marjan conducts various promotions, prize draws and competitions (each a “Competition”) from time to time. These General Terms apply to all Competitions. Each Competition may be subject to additional terms and conditions (“Competition Specific Terms”), which may be published on a Site, in any media, or at any location which features that Competition. In addition, each Competition is subject to applicable law.

1.2 The Competition Specific Terms should be read in conjunction with these General Terms and, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the two, the provisions of the Competition Specific Terms will prevail.

1.3 In relation to each Competition, if you do not agree to the relevant Terms, you will not be permitted to participate in that Competition. By participating in a Competition you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms applicable to that Competition and accept and agree to comply with those Terms and for those Terms to be legally binding on you.

2. Key Terms

In these General Terms:

“Competition” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.

“Competition Specific Terms” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.

“DIFC” means Dubai International Financial Centre.

“Dispute” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 18.15.

“General Terms” means these general terms and conditions, as amended, modified, replaced or supplemented from time to time.

“Holiday” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.1.

“Organiser” means, in relation to a Competition, us and any other person appointed by us to manage or operate that Competition.

“Participant”, “you” or “your” means, in relation to a Competition, the person participating in that Competition.

“Personal Data” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 13.1.

“Privacy Notice” means our privacy noticeavailable athttps://www.wynnalmarjanisland.com/privacy-noticeas amended, modified, replaced or supplemented from time to time.

“Prize” means, in relation to a Competition, the prize(s) or gift(s) of that Competition.

“Products” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 15.2.

“Resorts” means the resorts operated, managed or owned by us or any of our affiliates.

“Site” meanshttps://www.wynnalmarjanisland.com/.

“SMS” means Short Message Service.

“Terms” means, in relation to a Competition, the General Terms and the Competition Specific Terms of that Competition.

“UAE” means the United Arab Emirates.

“UAE Data Protection Law” means Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Protection of Personal Data.

“Wynn Al Marjan”,“we”, “us”, “our” means Wynn Al Marjan Island FZ-LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (“UAE”), whose address is RCB-205A, RAK Customer Building, RAKEZ Business Zone – FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“Wynn Al Marjan”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Entry

3.1. No purchase of any kind is required to participate in any Competition.

3.2. The representations and warranties set out in the Terms are made by you on: (a) the date you apply to participate in a Competition; and (b) throughout the duration of a Competition, in each case by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing. We rely on the accuracy and truth of these representations and warranties and any information you have provided to an Organiser for participation in a Competition to you. If we become aware of any fraud, dishonesty or similar action by you, or any act or omission which might (in our sole opinion) have an adverse effect on a Organiser or a Competition, we may, without giving reasons, immediately disqualify you from a Competition.

3.3. Late entries (i.e. entries received after the relevant advertised closing date for a Competition) will not be accepted.

3.4. No entries in relation to a Competition will be accepted from agents, in bulk, or from third parties.

3.5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries in relation to a Competition will be void. Unless otherwise stated, photocopies (e.g. of entries or tokens) will not be accepted.

3.6. You are not entitled to claim any fee for your involvement or participation in any Competition.

4. Eligibility

4.1. To be eligible to enter a Competition, you must be a resident of the UAE and you must not be prohibited under any applicable law to participate in that Competition.

4.2. A person who is an employee of the Organiser or sponsor of a Competition, a family member or friend of any such employee or who is directly or indirectly connected with the Organiser or sponsor of a Competition is not eligible to participate in that Competition.

4.3. Unless Competition Specific Terms provide otherwise: (a) you may only enter and participate in a Competition individually (and not as part of a group); and (b) multiple entries are not permitted through any means, including SMS, telephone, any electronic method or any other form of machine-assisted intervention. All multiple entries will be disqualified.

4.4. You must only enter a Competition in your legal name.

4.5. Neither you nor any member of your family residing at the same address as you may win more than one Prize valued at AED3,000.00 or more within a six (6) month period following the first win and, if we discover that this condition has been breached, we may withhold and reclaim any Prize.

4.6. If any Competition Specific Terms provide for a minimum age for participation in a Competition, you represent and warrant that you are at least of that minimum age.

4.7. We may, at any time, require you to verify your eligibility to enter into a Competition and your continued participation therein, including requiring you to provide photographic evidence of compliance. If we determine that you are, or may at any time become, ineligible to participate in any Competition, we may immediately disqualify you. If you are disqualified for any reason, we have the right to withhold or reclaim any Prize.

5. Your Health and Safety

5.1. By entering a Competition you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk; and represent and warrant that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, your general state of health is good and either that you have no medical condition that could be adversely affected by your participation in a Competition or, if you take any medication for a condition, neither the condition nor the medication’s effects will adversely affect you by participating in a Competition.

5.2. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that you comply with all safety standards and act in a manner which is appropriate for the nature of the Competition you are participating in and take all reasonable steps to ensure your own and others’ health and safety when taking part. If we determine (in our sole discretion) your behaviour or actions poses any medical, security or safety risk to yourself or others, we shall be entitled to immediately disqualify you.

5.3. You must notify us of any medical or other condition which may make you unfit for travel or participation in a Competition as soon as you become aware of it. If we believe (in our sole discretion) you may expose yourself or others to risk of illness or injury or may expose the Competition you are participating in to risk of cancellation, disruption, or curtailment, we shall be entitled to immediately disqualify you.

5.4. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance at any time during your participation in a Competition. If we believe (in our sole discretion) you to be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance, we may immediately disqualify.

5.5. You expressly acknowledge that neither we nor any other Organiser is responsible for your health or safety and agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any injury you may sustain by participating in a Competition.

6. Communication

6.1. We are neither responsible nor liable for any method of your communication with any Organiser or if such method of communication is affected by any network incompatibility, technical fault, outage or other reason whatsoever.

6.2. We have no responsibility for any entry in relation to a Competition that is lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to any issues related to telephone networks or lines, computer systems or equipment, internet (including traffic congestion) or any other reason whatsoever.

6.3. Any communication made to any Organiser or any entry in relation to a Competition sent to an Organiser will be deemed received once it is actually received by us. Proof of your posting or sending a communication or entry will not be accepted as proof of our receipt of it.

6.4. Any communication with any Organiser must be to the applicable telephone number, email or address set out in the Competition Specific Terms and in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Competition Specific Terms.

6.5. You are solely responsible for the content in any communication you make with any Orangiser. In case of any error, misspelling or missing or incorrect content, you eligibility to participate in a Competition or to claim a Prize may be impacted.

6.6. Depending on the method of your communication with any Organiser, you may incur a charge from your service provider, for which you will solely be liable for.

6.7 If we are unable to contact you for any reason during your participation in a Competition, we may disqualify you from that Competition.

7. Prize Winner Verification and Notification

7.1. If you win a Prize, we may request you to provide us with proof of your identity, age, residency and evidence of compliance with any other eligibility criteria set out in the relevant Competition Specific Terms. We may also interview you to verify your eligibility in participating in a Competition and ability to claim the Prize, which may be recorded.

7.2. If you refuse to comply with any of our requests in accordance with paragraph 7.1 or to participate in an interview or answer any questions in the interview for a reason not acceptable to us, we may disqualify you and you will not receive the Prize.

7.3. If we become aware of any fraud, deceit or similar act during or after your participation in a Competition which relates to your entitlement to a Prize, we may disqualify you and you will not receive the Prize and if the Prize is already awarded, you must immediately return it (or provide equivalent compensation acceptable to us) to us.

7.4. We will notify Prize winners in the manner set out in the Competition Specific Terms. Subject to paragraph 9.4, in case a Prize winner fails to claim a Prize within twenty eight (28) days of our notification, that Prize winner will irrevocably forfeit the Prize and we may either cancel that Prize or award that Prize to another Participant.

7.5. If we notify you that you have won a Prize by mistake, we may withdraw that notice without providing the Prize or a substitute or having any other liability to you.

7.6. Any decision made by us, any other Organiser or a Competition judge shall be final and conclusive in all circumstances and shall not be subject to challenge or appeal.

8. Prizes

8.1. You accept any Prize we award to you entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for any adverse consequence you experience because of your use of the Prize.

8.2. All Prizes are personal and non-transferable, meaning they cannot be given, assigned or sold to anyone else.

8.3. No Prize is convertible into cash or another alternative.

8.4. If we provide you with a voucher for redeeming a Prize from its supplier, our responsibility to you ends with your receipt of the voucher and you are responsible for complying with any terms of Prize use required by the supplier.

8.5. We will not be liable for any Prize which is lost, delayed or damaged in the post or by a courier or otherwise is not validly received by you.

8.6. In case of circumstances which are outside our reasonable control or in case the advertised Prize cannot be provided, we may offer an alternative prize of equal value, but not cash.

8.7. If there are more claimants than Prizes available, all claimants’ names will enter a draw for the Prizes.

8.8. You are disqualified from receiving any Prize which, for any reason, you would not be allowed by law to claim, avail, purchase or use or where our award of the Prize to you would be unlawful or if you are a person who is identified by any government or legal authority as a person with whom any of the Organisers or their affiliates may be prohibited or restricted from dealing with.

8.9. If a Prize is provided or sponsored by a third party, that Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the provider or sponsor of the Prize, which a Prize winner must comply with.

9. Holiday Prizes

9.1 Holiday prizes (each a “Holiday”) must be strictly utilised in accordance with the dates, destinations, number of passengers and other conditions specified by us or the provider of the Holiday.

9.2. Each Holiday is non-transferable, subject to availability and not convertible into cash.

9.3. You are disqualified from winning a Holiday if you: (a) do not possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ further duration; (b) have visa, nationality, passport or other restrictions on your ability to travel to the destination of the Holiday; (c) subject to Competition Specific Terms, are under the age of twenty-one (21), in which case you must obtain written consent from a parent or guardian and you cannot travel unless accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21); (d) are excluded or black listed as a patron at the destination of the Holiday; or (f) are a sanctioned person.

9.4. Subject to Competition Specific Terms, if you are awarded a Holiday and do not avail it within six (6) months of the date of its Competition, the Holiday will lapse and unless otherwise agreed by us, you will no longer be entitled to avail the Holiday.

9.5. To travel to the destination of the Holiday, you are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, any inoculation, health regulation and visa, at your expense, and you must comply with all requirements of the provider of the Holiday and any airline, other transportation and venue requirements. In particular, you must comply with all health and safety instructions and all applicable legal requirements.

9.6. You are neither entitled nor authorised to commit us to any contract, expense or cost in relation to a Holiday.

9.7. You are responsible for all costs associated with any delay or repatriation expense you experience because of your inability to obtain a right of entry to the country of the Holiday.

9.8. Any flights, transfers, airport details, transportation, accommodation, dates and times in relation to a Holiday quoted by us or our agents are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice, with no liability to you.

9.9. Subject to Competition Specific Terms, a Holiday does not cover expenses in relation to ground transportation, transfers, gratuities, food and beverage, incidentals or amenities. You, therefore must have sufficient financial resources to meet all such and any other costs which you may incur in connection with a Holiday beyond those covered in the Holiday itself.

10. Online Voting

10.1 You may only participate in Competitions involving online voting if you have registered a valid email address.

10.2. You may only vote once for each registered email address and we will disqualify all multiple votes.

11. Reputational matters and Cancellation, Suspension and Postponement of a Competition

11.1. You acknowledge that our good reputation and those of our Resorts are paramount and that we may disqualify you from a Competition, without providing any reasons to you, if we believe it is in our reputational best interests.

11.2. We may disqualify you from a Competition or forfeit a Prize if we believe you are in breach of the Terms or if you otherwise conduct yourself in a manner which is inappropriate in the circumstances. If you are disqualified from a Competition for any reason, we shall be entitled to claim from you any costs in relation to your participation of a Competition or any costs incurred or to be incurred by us in connection therewith.

11.3. We may, at any time, at our sole discretion, cancel, suspend or postpose a Competition without providing any reasons to you and without us having any liability to you. Any such cancellation, suspension or postponement may be notified to you through a notice on our website or through any other means we deem fit and appropriate.

11.4. We may declare a Competition to be void if a printing or production error in connection with the or Competition Specific Terms or the Competition appears on a Site or any other publication by any Organiser.

12. Confidentiality

12.1. You undertake not to disclose, reveal, communicate or otherwise make public any information relating to us, our business, personnel, agents or officers to anyone.

12.2. You must not publicise your involvement in a Competition or the fact that you have won a Prize without our prior written permission.

13. Personal Data

13.1. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we may keep your personal data which can be used to identify or contact you, including, but not limited to, your name, nickname, address, email address, telephone number (“Personal Data”) that you or others give us during your relationship with us or which we otherwise obtain through your use of a Site or your participation in a Competition.

13.2. We will treat your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the UAE Data Protection Law and in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

13.3. We will disclose your Personal Data, to our affiliates and other third parties (including any Organiser, our agents and/or external service providers and/or advisors) in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

13.4. You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide any of the information requested by us, including in respect of Personal Data, and that you hereby consent to us collecting, using and sharing your Personal Data by virtue of your relationship with us or your participation in a Competition.

13.5. We reserve the right to request additional information at any time as we deem reasonably necessary to ensure that you are not using the Site or participating in a Competition in violation of the Terms or any applicable law.

13.6. Under the UAE Data Protection Law, Data Subject (as defined in the UAE Data Protection Law) has certain legal rights including the right to request access to or erasure of Personal Data relating to him/her, to restrict or object to its processing, and to require Personal Data to be corrected if inaccurate. You can exercise such rights by directly contacting us in the manner set out in the Privacy Notice.

14. Publicity

14.1. It is a condition for being awarded any Prize that you participate in all publicity surrounding a Competition required by us and/or any Organiser and we may publish your name on any media and make this information available on request to third parties.

14.2. You must not, without our prior written consent publish or disclose any information in connection with a Competition or its Prize (in particular, without limitation, to a representative of the media, in whatever form); or give interviews or be involved in articles or reports in respect of a Competition or its Prize with any third party.

14.3. All rights in relation to a Competition and your involvement in it vest exclusively in us.

14.4. You agree to undertake any Competition related interview or other activity we request and to its reproduction, publication, exhibition, transmission and broadcast by all means and media throughout the world in perpetuity at our discretion.

14.5. We may refer to your association with a Competition and its Prize in all publicity, marketing and Competition material.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1. Unless otherwise stated, Competition entries will not be returned to you.

15.2. In respect of copyright and other intellectual property rights in any Competition, your entry into, and your involvement in it (including all interviews, pictures, audio and audio-visual media and technology material (the “Products”) you hereby irrevocably assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products including the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Products in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity. To the extent that the assignment of Products is not held valid by operation of law or for any other reason in any part of the world, you hereby grant to us an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to use the Products freely in any and all media at our discretion.

15.3. You shall do all acts reasonably requested of you to effect the assignment under paragraph 15.2 to us; and agree that the licence and, if applicable, any assignment, shall include the right for us to alter, edit, compile, amend or otherwise adapt such Products and/or use such Products in conjunction with any other material and to use, distribute and/or broadcast such Products in all media and all formats (including transmission by way of analogue transmission, digital audio broadcasting, internet, satellite, television, film, cable or telephony) and the right to sub-licence such rights to any other persons, in each case for such purposes as we may in our absolute discretion determine.

15.4. Any information submitted by you relating to a Competition must be personal and related specifically to you. You warrant and represent that any information which you submit to us are original works, do not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other legal rights of any third party and will not contain anything which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any breach of this warranty.

15.5. By entering any Competition and submitting any Product for it, you warrant to us that you own or are licensed in respect of the Product you submit and that you have the legal capacity, right, power and authority to grant the rights set out in these Terms; we may use your Product in accordance with these Terms; you shall not assert any moral rights you may have in your Product and no moral rights have been asserted or are likely to be asserted by any person which would affect the use of the Product, and have obtained all consents and permissions in respect of it; the Product does not violate any applicable law; in particular, any law regarding anti-discrimination or false advertising; your Product is not defamatory, or unlawfully threatening or harassing; your Product does not include any images of a third party without that third party’s consent; your Product is not obscene or pornographic in nature, or otherwise contrary to the social norms of the UAE; and your Product does not, to the best of the your knowledge, contain any virus or other computer programme, the purpose of which is to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

15.6. You are the individual who submits your Product (i.e. the person who owns the mobile telephone, computer or tablet or who can be reached at the supplied email address) so that if the person whose image is captured in any image, video or other medium is not you, they have no claim to the relevant Prize.

15.7. You must ensure that any person whose image has been used in your Product has validly consented to the use of their image or has waived all rights they may have in the image, and Product; failure to adequately demonstrate this to our satisfaction may result in your disqualification from the Competition and forfeiture of any Prize, without us having any liability to you.

15.8. All legal rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and format rights, in the name and title of a Competition and its format rights vest exclusively in us for our own use. You acknowledge that we may use, modify, and adapt the Competition format and related materials for future use without any obligation to you.

16. Limitation of liability

16.1. You agree and acknowledge that neither the Organiser nor any of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from any and all costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind as a result of your participation in a Competition or use of a Prize. The limitation of liability in this paragraph does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

16.2. Neither we nor any other Organiser is liable to you in any way for any cost, expense, damage, liability or injury suffered by you which arises out of or is in any way connected with a Competition or its Prize, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in a Prize (if any) but this exclusion does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

16.3. Neither we nor any other Organiser is liable to you in any way for any indirect or consequential loss of any nature, including loss of profit, business, contract, revenue or anticipated saving.

16.4. Neither we nor any other Organiser is liable to perform any of our obligations in relation to a Competition where we are unable to do so because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control and we may endeavour to provide an alternative Prize, if you are the winner, but shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.

17. Indemnity

You hereby irrevocably agree to indemnify the Organisers, their affiliates and associated companies and their, directors, employees, officers, consultants, agents and/or any third parties working for us to provide your Competition (including, but not limited to, any partners, directors and/or employees of any of the above entities) harmless against any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) and against all liabilities incurred by us or such associated companies, consultants, agents or third parties (as applicable), arising out of or related to: your use, or any authorised or unauthorised use on your behalf, of a Site or the mobile or communication device owned and/or controlled by you and through which you communicate with us; our reliance on information provided by you; and/or any breach by you of these Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 You must comply with all reasonable instructions and directions given by an Organiser in connection with a Competition. Failure to do so may lead to your immediate disqualification without us having any liability to you.

18.2. You agree you will not by any act or omission do anything, which might bring us or any other Organiser into disrepute; in particular, you represent and warrant that you do not have any criminal convictions or criminal record and have not undertaken any past act or conduct which could adversely affect our or any other Organiser’s reputation. You also represent and warrant that you do not currently, and have not in the past, have been in our employment or the employment of any of our associated companies.

18.3. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, amend, modify, replace or supplement any of the Terms, without requiring any consent from you. The amended, modified, replaced or supplemented Terms shall be notified to you through a notice on our website or through any other means we deem fit and appropriate. Once notified to you, your continued participation in a Competition and/or acceptance or use of a Prize shall constitute your acceptance of the amended, modified, replaced or supplemented Terms.

18.4. We may, at any time, at our sole discretion, cancel, suspend or postpose a Competition without providing any reasons to you and without us having any liability to you. Any such cancellation, suspension or postponement may be notified to you through a notice on our website or through any other means we deem fit and appropriate. or amend, modify, replace or supplement any Competition Specific Terms.

18.5. Any Personal Data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with the Terms, the UAE Data Protection Law and the Privacy Notice.

18.6. Any Prize awarded may be subject to taxes as may be applicable in the UAE, for which you are liable.

18.7. In the case of online Competitions you acknowledge and agree that the internet is not a secure medium and information submitted to on our Sites or through any other electronic means may be accessed by third parties.

18.8. The Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us relating to a Competition and its Prize (unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing by us) and they supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing).

18.9. If, at any time, any provision of the Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms, nor the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction, shall in any way be affected or impaired.

18.10. No failure by any Organiser to exercise or any delay by any Organiser in exercising any right or remedy under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

18.11. The rights, powers and remedies provided for in Terms in favor of any Organiser are cumulative and shall not exclude any other rights, powers and remedies provided by law.

18.12. These Terms do not create any right, entitlement, claim or benefit for any person (other than any Organiser) who is not a party to it.

18.13. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under the Terms without our written consent.

18.14. The Terms, their interpretation and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws and regulations of the UAE.

18.15. The courts of DIFC shall have jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms (including a dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of the Terms or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with the Terms) (a "Dispute").

18.16. You agree that the courts of DIFC are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly you will argue to the contrary.

18.17. Paragraphs 18.15 and 18.16 are for the benefit of the Organisers only. As a result, the Organisers shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Organisers may initiate concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.

COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

Win a two-night stay at Wynn Marjan Island

July & August 2025

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions are “Competition Specific Terms” for the purposes of the General Terms and apply in relation to a two-night stay prize for a digital campaign for online sign-ups (“Relevant Competition”).

1.2. In relation to the Relevant Competition:

(a) the provisions of these Competition Specific Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the provisions of the General Terms; and

(b) where there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and these Competition Specific Terms, these Competition Specific Terms shall prevail.

2. Entry Method

To enter into a draw for a Prize, Participants must complete the registration process online at www.wynnalmarjanisland.com on or before August 31, 2025 and meet the conditions of eligibility. Participants are not required to be UAE residents.

3. Lucky Draw Schedule

A lucky draw will occur twice (2) times on the dates and times specified in these Competition Specific Terms, with each draw featuring one Prize for a two-night stay in a Resort Room. You do not need to be present during the lucky draw to be awarded a prize.

The first monthly lucky draw will occur on August 5, 2025 and the second lucky draw will take place on 2 September, 2025. Online entries collected from the preceding month will be pooled together for a lucky draw. One (1) Participant from the pool is eligible to win one (1) staycation at Wynn Al Marjan (“Staycation”).

The Staycation will only be available for booking twelve (12) months after the official opening date of Wynn Al Marjan Island and must be redeemed and taken by March 31, 2028, subject to availability and blackout dates notified by us from time to time.

The Staycation includes a two (2) night stay at a Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort Room or room of a similar standard, inclusive of:

(i) a maximum two (2) guest occupancy

3.2. Entry Periods and Lucky Draw Dates

4. Winner Selection

4.1. Winners will be chosen via a random computerized drawing from all eligible entries, to be conducted at the date and time specified in paragraph 3 above.

4.2. Winners will be contacted on the contact details provided during the registration process within forty-eight (48) hours of a lucky draw. If a winner is unable to be reached or if a winner fails to accept the Prize within twenty-eight (28) days of contact by us, or declines the Prize, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in the same manner.

4.3. Winners must provide our Customer Support with three (3) reservation date options (“Date Options”) for redeeming a Staycation, Wynn Sister Stay (as applicable). At least one Date Option must be during a non-holiday period. Our Customer Support is reachable on info@wynnalmarjanisland.com.

4.4. If a Wynn Resort is unable to accommodate any Date Option, the winner will be given an opportunity to submit three (3) additional Date Options for redemption of their Prize.

5. Entries

5.1. One (1) entry per person is permitted for the duration of the competition.

5.2. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification from the competition.
